Garmchashma (ustar. Garm-Chashma; Taj. Garmchashma) – hot mineral springs in Tajikistan, Ishkashim district of Gorno-Badakhshan Autonomous region. Located on the Western slope of the Shahdara range of the Pamirs, in the middle reaches of the Garm Chashma river (a tributary of the Panj river).

These sources were first investigated in 1928 by the Russian mineralogist A. N. Labuntsov and his assistant N. I. Berezkin.

Mineral waters come to the surface from great depths of ancient crystalline and metamorphic rocks in the form of gushing griffins.

Due to the high mineralization of the water, in the places of the outlet, sinter accumulations of calcium carbonate, large beautiful stalactites, thermal reservoirs were formed.

The source of Garm Chashma is mainly useful for the treatment of skin diseases such as psoriasis, vitiligo, ichthyosis, lichen, chronic eczema. Also, the source is useful for the treatment of the musculoskeletal system, urological, gynecological diseases in remission.
