Seven Lakes (Haftkul), also known as Marguzor Lakes is a cascade of seven mountain lakes of The haftkul valley, in the fan mountains, all of these lakes have different colors. Mineral substances dissolved in water give it unusually beautiful shades.

The first lake Mijgon (eyelashes) — dark blue, for the most part of the surface, with a transparent greenish coastal strips. The second lake Houser (vigilance), so named because of the presence in the coastal zone of poisonous snakes, the third — lake Soya (shadow) — dark turquoise, the fourth lake Nofin — turquoise, Fifth lake Hordak — tiny in the form of a spill on the river Colonization (it is there are all these lakes). Sixth-lake Marguzor, the largest and reddish color, and sometimes even red. According to local residents, it turns red on Thursdays. The seventh-lake Hazorchashma, formed by springs and small streams, it also flows into the river Hissar and Darakhti Surkh, the last lake, which is located at the highest point of the Shing valley. It is the seventh lake that is considered the source of these lakes, which in translation “Hazorchashma” means a thousand sources.

On the shores of these lakes grow birch, poplar, sea buckthorn; shrubs-rose hips, barberry, currant, meadowsweet; the slopes of the mountains and valleys are covered with meadow, steppe and semi-desert vegetation.

The haftkul valley is attractive not only for its mountains, lakes and rivers, but also for its history and Holy places. From the haftkul valley through the pass Tavasang is the route to Kulikalon lakes and lake Iskanderkul.
